Our Manifesto

We are in a mission to empower neurodivergents (sometimes known as special needs people). We look into the family dynamics, provide coaching and skill impartation to parents. We also provide intervention program, behavioural transformation programs, and confidence building programs for children and teenagers to be independant and communicate with confidence.
Here are what we are doing ...

Building differently-abled young individuals to breakthrough their special challenges using our proven methodology, preparing them for self-sustainable living, and be society ready

Giving consultation and coaching to parents / families, improving family dynamics, and equip to provide greater support to their differently-abled children.

Transforming schools and orgranizations by bringing cultural change to these places, to create a safe-space for neurodivergents to be accepted.

Accelerating community to recognize and embrace the unique strengths of diverse neurotype individuals, to understand their perspectives, and able to accept them into our society.

Conduct international movement based training and certification courses for professionals and parents, such as Brain Gym, Rhythmic Movement Training, Movement Based Learning, Touch for Health and 3PLAY Approach.

4.2 Transformation Program Pursuing corporate transformation and inclusive program to provide girls and boys to have access to quality early childhood development, care and pre-primary education so that they are ready for primary education via learning institution execution and cultural transformation

4.4 Vocational Program Providing training and on-the-job coaching to increase the number of youth and adults who have relevant skills, including technical and vocational skills, for employment, decent jobs and entrepreneurship

4.a Advisory and Skills Equipping Services Training educators, parents, counsellors and schools to upgrade class management and emotional management skills that are child, disability and gender sensitive to provide safe, non-violent, inclusive and effective learning environments for all

4.c 3PLAY & Certifications Pursue to increase the supply of qualified teachers for teaching neurodiverse children, including through international cooperation for teacher training in developing countries, including least developed countries

The Breakthru Approach with 3P.L.A.Y. is a framework that aims to achieve positive growth result in handling high-challenge situations. Developed through more than 15 years of working with children and specially-abled people, this strategical approach seek first to remove the stress for the PARENTS, TEACHERS and CARE-GIVERS as well as the child thus paving way for true growth to happen.
